Have you ever felt that you're wearing a mask? A facade that others perceive, recognize, and associate with you, yet one that doesn't resonate as authentic and genuine? It's possible that you've spent a significant portion of your life concealing behind this facade and the discomfort of perpetuating it intensifies over time.  I did.

During your journey of transformation and awakening, encountering such experiences is quite common. In his enlightening work, "Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind," Joe Dispenza emphasizes that 50% of our neural networks are inherited, while the remaining 50% are shaped by our own knowledge and experiences. This implies that subconsciously, you carry memories that aren't inherently yours—they're influenced by the beliefs, choices, opinions, and actions of others. Your sense of self (the mask) is a combination of neurological connection in the brain as learned memories from your past. This accumulation of a lifetime of information stored as memories is assembled in a medley of synaptic connections to make us who  you are today.

These memories wield a profound influence over your behavior, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and actions, often diverging from the true resonance of your soul. In social settings, you may feel a sense of not belonging, at family gatherings, a lingering sense of inadequacy, and at work, a persistent feeling of imperfection, inadequacy, or not measuring up. The array of identities you've adopted for various situations leaves you grappling with emotions that don't align with your true self. It's as if you've crafted a persona, an identity, that feels akin to a mask. Deep within, you sense that this isn't an authentic reflection of who you truly are.

Memories serve as the driving force behind every thought and action. Each memory is a distinct framework crafted through a collage of associations derived from previously acquired memories. These memory structures collectively shape a persona—a figure who behaves in specific ways and possesses particular habits. If your memory structure is oriented toward seeking approval from others, and you attempt to prioritize your own needs, it will be met with discomfort and resistance. This is because our brain loves what is familiar, what it knows, as dysfunctional as it may be.

As you embark on the journey of cultivating new habits and initiating changes in your life, the process can pose significant challenges. You carry within you a repository of memories and neural networks that have been ingrained over the years. These networks form a tapestry of memories that reinforce your identity, often veiled behind a metaphorical mask.  When the changes you're introducing diverge from the pre-existing belief structures that have been programmed within you, you're likely to encounter resistance. This resistance manifests as unwelcome emotions and undesirable thoughts. Why does this occur? Every time you generate a thought or trigger a memory, a cascade of chemicals is produced, giving rise to specific feelings and bodily reactions.  This release of chemicals create your state, behavior and it is this very cocktail of chemicals that impedes your ability to take action or make decisions. Once the chemical processes are set in motion, the resulting feelings and thoughts take the reins of your behavior, exerting influence over your decisions and choices. The consequence? Procrastination, excuses, distractions, the weaving of intricate stories, reactive responses, and the search for evidence validating reasons to abstain from pursuing your desired path. Consequently, you find yourself not taking the actions you truly wish to take.

What if there was an alternate path? What if we had the ability to nullify the triggers that initiate the cascade of chemical reactions, thoughts, and feelings? The memory endures, and, interestingly, you extract wisdom from the experience/memory, yet its impact on you is not as deeply felt as it once was.

This is MAP!

MAP stands for Make Anything Possible™

The MAP Method stands as a groundbreaking approach, swiftly and effectively clearing challenging emotions, painful memories, and limiting beliefs. It harnesses the potency of the superconscious to facilitate this transformative process.  Built on recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, specifically the window of reconsolidation, the MAP Method taps into a process allowing the brain to neutralize disempowering beliefs, emotions, and events through straightforward instructions. In mere minutes, MAP delicately rewires your brain, offering a seamless way to conquer stress, anxiety, limiting beliefs, unwanted emotions, negative thought loops, imposter syndrome, and self-sabotaging behaviors.

The MAP Healing Method for rewiring the brain stands out as truly distinctive and extraordinary. In a departure from other approaches, we guide your subconscious mind to identify the lingering painful and traumatic memories that continue to influence your thoughts, emotions, and memories today. We then create optimal conditions and instruct your subconscious mind to neutralize these old memories and feelings during the critical "window of reconsolidation." Once these feelings are neutralized, your perspectives undergo a profound shift. You no longer perceive others through a distorted lens, and your experiences are no longer obscured by familiar yet painful emotions like feeling "unseen" or "unloved." This transformative process sparks changes in your behaviors, empowering you to both create and attract new experiences.

In the realm of authentic neural transformation, we're talking about a genuine rewiring process grounded entirely in neuroscience. What sets it apart is its remarkable speed and simplicity, surpassing any other methods available.

In my role as a certified MAP Practitioner, my mission involves mapping the gap between the persona donned like a mask and your genuine, soulful self. I specialize in neutralizing the resistance that hinders you from embracing a life that sets your soul on fire—a life that sparks your true purpose. It's about living authentically, in alignment with your true essence. I guide you toward a life uniquely yours, resonating with the truth at your core.

The Superconscious
What exactly is the superconscious? It's a facet of our consciousness equipped to pinpoint and heal memories on command. Adhering to the principles of quantum physics, we understand that the superconscious holds boundless potential unless intentionally constrained. Linked to our inherent wisdom, it discerns precisely when, what, and how much healing we can safely undergo in any given moment.

What can you expect during a MAP session?
The session unfolds with a gentle, relaxing meditation. I tap into your superconscious, allowing it to lead me through the sequence of commands. As we traverse the landscape of memories, emotions, and beliefs, there's a harmonious neutralization, allowing the wisdom to gracefully emerge.

How do I prepare for a session?
Please view this 12-minute video before your first MAP session. This training is for your Subconscious and Superconscious mind.
