I spent years doodling hearts and spirals separately and then one day they became one.  

 

The heart is a compass, navigation to the soul's purpose and journey. The heart's electrical field is about 60 times great in amplitude and the magnetic field 5000 times greater in strength than that which is generated by the brain.  I've spent the majority of my life in my head only to find truth in my heart. I choose to live my true nature and purpose through the guidance of my heart.

Spiritually the sacred spiral represents connectivity with the divine, spiraling from the outer ego (the outside world) into the inner soul (cosmic awareness and enlightenment).  The spiral represents energy, growth, evolution, consciousness, rebirth.  Energy seen under a microscope forms spiral patterns. The spiral is also known as "Fibonacci sequence" and is an aspect of sacred geometry. It acts as a map for spiritual growth.  I have always known there was more, it wasn't until I followed my guidance did I find expansion, authenticity, and consciousness. My life lessons and experiences move me to the inner heart and soul of my spiritual being for enlightenment and rebirth.
